Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. We share tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India is free. For bulk or international orders, please contact us for a quote.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery at flytomalika@gmail.com or +91 8923114988 / +91 8077030675. We will send a replacement or refund as described in our Return Policy.
